Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Events to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is instrumental in advancing our go-to-market strategy by spearheading our events program, which is crucial for enhancing brand recognition and driving organizational growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will oversee both our industry events initiatives and the prestigious annual thought leadership conference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive industry events program that aligns with corporate objectives and incorporates ROI analyses.
- Proactively plan and manage individual events, demonstrating creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
- Formulate and implement event promotion strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring integration with overarching marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with sales to optimize lead management processes, aiming to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual lead generation goals.
- Effectively communicate event plans and outcomes to the senior leadership team and the broader organization.
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of our annual thought leadership conference, ensuring timely delivery and top-tier quality.
- Oversee the management of the company's event speaking strategy, including submission calendars and session topic proposals.
- Monitor event-specific goals and prepare standard reports for senior leadership, showcasing progress and outcomes.
- Manage and track the marketing events budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
